Still Healing is a space for movement, connection, and mental wellness—created for anyone navigating life’s challenges and learning how to keep going, one step at a time.


This club was born from a deeply personal journey. After the loss of a loved ones , running became more than exercise—it became a way to process grief, find clarity, and slowly rebuild strength from within. Through that experience, I discovered that healing doesn’t happen all at once. It’s ongoing. It’s layered. And no one should have to go through it alone.

Still Healing Run Club exists to support that journey—for you, for me, for all of us.

We are a free, community-centered run club focused on mental fitness just as much as physical movement. There’s no pressure, no expectations, and no required pace. Whether you’re running, walking, or simply showing up, you belong here.
